Japanese Animated Film Classics

A site by the National Film Archive of Japan.  Covering animated films from the early 20th century onward.  The films are searchable by artists, techniques, types of motion, etc.  Each film has a written plot synopsis as well as bibliographic references for further study. 

Ottawa International Animation Festival

North America's oldest and largest animation festival providing screenings, exhibits and workshops.

Quickdraw Animation Society

Based in Calgary, Quickdraw is a home for independent animation.  Offers courses, workshops, screenings and production resources.
