Now that Fall has officially arrived, seeing the sun is going to become much more occasional. Typically, it's around October that everyone starts feeling a little blue. For such blue days, I present you with a reading list with all things funny and dorky:

Who, by now, isn’t familiar with these little books about a very honest Mommy and her two children. Hilarious and incredibly real. In this book, the first one, the family goes to the gallery. The children, being children have a lot of questions and things to say. And Mommy’s responses are… very genuine.

This cookbook will teach you anything from how to make a hot dog soup (yes, the leftover water from when you boil hot dogs) to how to make food when a snowstorm traps you inside a motel room with nothing but canned food and a coffee maker.

Have you noticed people don’t say jokes anymore? We just send each other memes nowadays. If you miss the good old days with light bulb changing and three different people walking into a bar jokes, this one is for you. These jokes about artists are kind of like puns, you know they are bad but you can’t help it but laugh.

I highly recommend this for photography majors. A parody of Cindy Sherman, Ed Ruscha and goofy writing. If you ever wondered if there is a humorous book specifically for people who are interested in photography, look no more, this what you are looking for.

Your task: find the text. Good luck!

If you ever wanted to make art, but could not figure out where to start, try this manual. Let the most successful contemporary artists tell you what to do. Could be as easy as putting candy in the corner of the gallery or starting a rumor.

Animals need to be safe too! Bill Burns comes up with safety gear to keep them protected. A good pick for when you need some cuteness to get you through the day.

Learn about different kind of logs you can encounter at the beach (or on a hike). But more importantly, learn how to pick the right, sitting-friendly log!

Drawings! Some funny, some awkward, situations you have experienced and situations that are unrealistic.
